Recapping last week on the Kitties Trip to Shokudo.
Rate it as a 3.5star dining location, for the fact that the food is reasonably priced and portion was ok.Dining environment is good if u have big gang of pple going. TWC gave it a 3.0 , a discount of 0.5star cos all the soupy stuff were luke warm and some cold. Must try item will be the omelette which literally melts in your mouth. Rosti was ok. The pastas are a no no. Tasted funny and not value for money.
After dinner, will be the usual tea session. Was contemplating to go into JCo Donuts , but even before i step in the smell is unbearable. Wonder how the staff can stand the stench or shd i say the lingering smell of flour and frying oil. Apologies. Your donuts may look tasty and yummy but Mr JCo can consider improving the exhaust to suck up the smell. Of cos, we settled for Toast box. The tea in this outlet is bad. Bittter and not sweet. Anyway the focus on this location was the conversation we had with Ms Tan.
As we are planning for a kitties chalet, so was thinking if we all could take half day leave to go to the chalet. TWC agreed, Ms Ng did not object, Ms Neo has already taken her half day. Tat leaves us to Ms Tan. So we all tried to force her into taking half day. She started all her reasons for not,
1. She was gg for her trip already and cant take the leave ( as she has not much leave left). Started to help her calculate her no. of leave left.
2. She quoted another reason saying her leave was too frequent. so cant afford to take.
3. She is the one in charge of the leave roster so must set gd example.
As usual, Kitties overthrown her reasons. We started to threaten her... targeting at her office inbox. TWC suggested that sending her super big attachments to jam her mail box such as the AKira pamphlet. To Ms Tan, she has limited mailbox space. Due to her position, it is crucial for her to get emails. TWC added on that to him this was easy feat. 3 x Akira pamphlet will do the job. Ms Tan of cos hui di qui rao. Haha. So we told her that we expected an answer before we execute Project Akira.
